"God the Rock" A poem by Janine C. (USA-CA)

God the Rock

God must love everything

She created.
I saw her hard as a rock,
a cosmic rock,

black, imploded,

condensed to nothing —

all her radiance withdrawn —
inscrutable Consciousness

reveling in a bottomless hole

where mighty light-swallowing Energy

was humming, sucking everything

into the dead-center

of her boundlessly fecundating heart.

How She must love everything

She became, has become and is becoming

as She showers and terminates her earth-shaking displays

to the ends of the blazing universe, eternally

and blissfully becoming and unbecoming—

forever God.
