Remember our Literary Contest "Nature 2018-2019"

Dear Friends, Here is our Literary Contest: https://talesforlove.blogs.sapo.pt/literary-contest-soon-nature-75427?utm_source=posts&utm_content=1542838166 Please sends us your valuable work.   A poem to all poets by Mr. Ben,  Chimezie Ihekuna. In his Book "The Array of Thoughts"   Loving My Poetry I love my poetry That’s our matrimony   I treat her like my wife That’s why our union has no strife!   How? The praises of her virtues I’ve  Poured Her excesses of words I’ve taken  Out She made known our undying love through her  Emotions Everything about her has been a reflection of her  Reality She has been a success through her  Yearning   In a nutshell, loving my poetry is loving my Poured Out Thoughts My Poured Out Thoughts are made possible through the reality of my yearning.   Thanks.

Smoke in California...

Image
We share a photograph that was kindly sent us from California, right now, just before the escape to the sea, to escape the smoke that threatens all the inhabitants ... some more than others.     The situation recalls the tragedies in Portugal in 2017 and Greece, but one that is feared will become even greater. We hope things get better soon.   Good readings and see you soon.

Wildfires in California

There is a horrible situation in California that we can not remain indifferent to ... Maybe we can donate something and for this it is important to read this publication: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/11/11/reader-center/california-fires-how-to-help.html   Meanwhile we expect better news and we remember our literary contest of poetry and short stories related to nature and its preservation! Bests!

A poem by Joan B. "Dewdrop Tears"

DEWDROP TEARS     Like the dewdrops on a beautiful flower,   The tears fall gently on my face.   The  small drops of rain cover the ground   With the tears of heaven reflecting the   Rays of the sun nourishing nature’s gifts,   Those dewdrops sparkle in the sunlight and   The beauty surrounding us refreshes our soul.   Don't forget our Literary Contest "Nature 2018-2019". Rules bellow.
